morish JEMs ltd was incorporated in August 2015 in North West London by Rowena Lutu.  Prior to incorporation Rowena worked as a sole trader to establish a business that is built on the principles of using good quality, ethically and responsibly or locally sourced organic and fair trade ingredients to make delightful products and provide a reliable service.

morish JEMs ltd  has developed gluten free recipes of all our cakes that have found the perfect balance of flavour, moisture and crumble.

English butter and free range eggs are used in the mJkitchen.  The Vanilla beans are grown, cured and sent directly to us by Dorothy from her small farm in Gayaza, Uganda.  We use the finest gluten free flour on the market and continue to look for connections to support small producer as much as possible.

Our diversified product range continues to grow by following trends, improving our standard products, and listening to the customer.

Continuous learning is the key to staying abreast of changes and trends in the industry.  Rowena holds the following qualifications in relation to the business PME Professional Diploma module in Royal Icing and PME Professional Diploma module Piping and PME Professional Diploma module Sugar Craft.  This qualification is in addition to Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, Registration with the Food Standards Agency, Advanced Cake Decorating qualification.
